Just a thought...The homosexual "slippery slope" comment is the only thing that I completely disagree with. I know people like Bruce R. McConkie or someone like him may say different things, but ultimately it is that you don't act on it. Is there punishment for people that want to have pre-marital sex--eternally maybe yes because Jesus taught not to lust--but here in this world? No. You seem so concerned sometimes to find and issue or condemn the church that you don't think of the simplest of things (I understand that I may be just the same as you on the other side of the spectrum). Logically though, the church or the church's school (BYU) can't and won't punish someone for what they haven't done, or for what they resist.
