We took the Ferry across Galveston Bay on Saturday morning and got some fantastic Gulf Coast Shrimp, Jim always packs it up on ice and takes it back to California, and one of these days we'll start doing the same because... wow.

How does the shrimp there differ from other shrimp? Is it the way it is cooked, or is it the shrimp itself?
The shrimp itself is massive and fresh and juicy... and they take the time to cook it right... so BOTH! :)
