Dad and I had a fun trip to California November 1-6. On Thursday Dad picked me up at 6 AM and we had a quicker, uneventful 11 hour, 670 mile drive to Mike's house in Rancho Cordova. We got there at 4 PM. That night we went to see 'Across the Universe' in Folsom because Mike & Heather had not seen it.

On Day 2, Friday, Matt came and we all drove up the foothills to Lake Tahoe. We had breakfast at a place in Apple Hill along the way. Tahoe was gorgeous, we had perfect weather.
