Friday afternoon we drove down from Sacramento and over to the north bay so that we could show the kids the Golden Gate Bridge. Grant was telling all the Asian tourists "I din't even know there was a Golden Bridge before today!" and shrugging his shoulders and laughing. We walked out almost halfway on it, and I told them that my Grandma walked it the day it opened 70 years ago. We spent some time exploring San Francisco and then went on across the Bay Bridge.
