We got in to the Monterey/ Carmel area Saturday late afternoon, walked the coastal neighborhoods at sunset, did some Christmas shopping in the Carmel outdoor malls which were all lit up for Christmas, and had dinner on the pier at a nice seafood place. Sunday morning we went early to Point Lobos.
