Guiliani will make his first and possibly last big effort in the campaign. Huckabee will appeal to the power of the fishes and the loaves to resurrect him. Mitt will spend $10 million or more, but this isn't an uncontested caucus (Wyoming & Nevada), nor is it a home state.
